Chamomile flower efficacy for Health

Chamomile or camomile common name, or chamomile, is a plant that has the scientific name L. Matricaria chamomile, Anthemis nobilis or Chamaemelum nobile (L.), of the plant family Compositae (Asteraceae), have long been believed to be efficacious to overcome interference problems sleeping, insomnia, indigestion, anxiety, and others. Chamomile is derived from plants found in Europe, 

North Africa, and northern Asia. Chamomile is derived from the Greek word meaning Chamosdan milos, which means means apple, because it has a scent similar to the aroma of apples. This plant grows to a height of approximately 30 cm from ground level, with a wrinkled and branched stems, pale green leaves. The flowers are similar to the daisies with white petals with a yellow core. Side effects and warnings

1. Chamomile safe if used with proper rules, but can cause allergies for sensitive people and has been known to be allergic to chrysanthemums or other plants of the family Compositae.
2. Not recommended consumed by pregnant and nursing mothers
3. Characteristically thins the blood, so it should not be taken if you are using medications or supplements that thin the blood
4. It can cause bleeding, should not be consumed or used before and after surgery.
Not recommended dogunakan by people with bleeding disorders.
