No fruit such as durian preferred and hated. For some people, the durian is the king of all fruits. It smells delicious and tastes like no other, addictive. These vitamins are essential vitamins that are not produced by the body and are rarely found in other fruits.
  • Durian contains minerals such as manganese, iron copper, and magnesium. Manganese is used by the body as a cofactor for the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase. Copper and iron needed for red blood cell formation. Potassium is beneficial for controlling heart rate and blood pressure.
  • Durian contains the amino acid tryptophan ("natural sleep pills"), which relieve anxiety, depression, and insomnia, and create feelings of euphoria, with increasing levels of serotonin in the brain.
  • Durian can increase sexual desire (aphrodisiac), according to the belief of many societies in Asia.

Tips for You
Despite the many benefits, you should not take excessive durian. Eating 100 grams of durian is sufficient to meet all of the nutrients you need. To prevent an upset stomach after eating durian, you can combine it with the mangosteen fruit. When durian is the "king of fruits", the mangosteen is "queen". Certain substances in the mangosteen can prevent stomach pain after eating durian.

  2. I love to eat Durian I no problem to it,but only recently I notice after eating something I got tummy pain so pain that I can't walk. I try to eat Durian three time but last one I finally got the answer it the Durian make my tummy up sad. I don't have any sickness am 50 yr old.
    Like smoke I can't smoke my tummy will pain. One inhale is fine but 10 inhale I got to toilet so I don't smoke since my aged 15 yrs old. I notice my body stop me by taken food alot it like auto.
