Many of you may have to taste the delicious eating guava, or at least have seen or heard about it. Guava is very common in Asian countries. The fruit is pear-shaped or round, green or yellow or maroon when ripe, with white or maroon flesh and lots of small seeds in the flesh of the fruit is soft and sweet. Overcoming Constipation Guava: 
Guava is one of the sources of dietary fiber. Its seeds, if ingested whole or chewed, serve as excellent laxatives overcome. These two properties of guava help forming the stomach, retaining water and clean your intestines and excretory system thoroughly.

Guava is very rich in fiber and hypoglycemic so effectively help lower blood pressure.

Guava is very helpful for those who want to lose weight without compromising with the intake of protein, vitamins and fiber.
